Creepy house Narrative

WALT WRITE AN ORIENTATION TO OUR NARRATIVE.

It was a foggy miserable night as I was walking back from a friends house. I hated walking home because just around the corner there was a creepy old hunchback. He was a very strange hunchback because he would always look out his window and just stand there and stare at people with his big red eyes . That night  I heard a sound coming out of the house. It sounded like someone was screaming for help.I looked up but it was too foggy to see anything. I was struggling to walk away from the giant  house. I was eager  to see what was screaming in his house.

When I walked up to the door it opened but I saw nothing. It was pitch black. I took one step forward and then the door slammed behind me!  I quickly turned around and I kept walking, the floor boards were making weird, outlandish noises. I kept walking my heart was racing as fast as a car. Suddenly I saw someones eyes glare out of the door. I  ran into the room and locked the door. I could hear feet running up the stairs. I felt like I was never going to breathe again so I tried to climb out the window but it was like glued to the window sill. I sat there for hours thinking “How am I going to get out of this house?”  Then I opened the door slowly and silently I poked my head out but there was nothing. I walked down the  hallway to see where he went but he was nowhere to be seen and then I saw a shadow, I ran and hid, he walked right passed me and  he didn't even notice me.

Then I heard that same abnormal noise that I had heard when I was walking home. It was  something coming from the room right next door to where I was hiding! I got up and stealthily went to open the door. There I saw a little head that popped out from behind the chair. She yelled again but this time it was scarier! I was  wondering why he would keep a little girl in his house locked away.It was then that  I clicked “It’s not him! It's her that is the scary one” I ran out then suddenly  I felt a light breeze hit my face like there was a ghost  brushing past me. Something made me turn around and go back to find out his side of the story. We sat down and he told me how the little girl was his daughter and that she was born with a curse which meant that she could never leave the house which was why he would always stare out the window but I still didn't know why he  let me out. I took one more look at the house and then left .
